Jill S. David represents individuals and companies in real estate transactions and real estate litigation in both federal and state court. She also represents her clients in general business matters.

Ms. David has handled a variety of litigation in California and New York. She has successfully litigated matters from real property issues, business disputes, and personal injury claims. Ms. David began her legal career as an Associate at a complex civil litigation firm in New York City where she provided legal services to physicians and hospitals in defense of medical malpractice claims. Her background also includes working for a National law firm in California and New York where she represented Fortune 500 companies. Representative matters include real estate disputes, real estate contracts, mortgage banking, loan servicing, wrongful foreclosure, FCRA, FDCPA, bankruptcy, general business, and tax lien foreclosure actions.

When Ms. David is away from the office she enjoys running, biking, and traveling.
